How should we dress for our family session?
Depending on your session type, comfort and theme, we’ll discuss some ideas for outfits and colors. Usually, I recommend not dressing up the entire family in the same type of colors as you could end up blending in a little too much! You can choose a few outfits of the same color but in different shades if you want! Either way, I can help with outfit coordination!
How many pictures will we receive?
This all depends on the type of session you have booked. Usually, you’ll receive an online gallery with somewhere between 60 - 100 edited photos. These will be fully retouched and delivered to you within a 4 week turnaround at no extra charge! You get a nice jam packed gallery full of love.
What if our house isn’t very photogenic?
Your house is your home, that’s what makes it special and of so much sentimental value. There is no judgement when it comes to anyones home. Your love is there and that is what is important. Yet, if you feel more comfortable in picking an outdoor location or the studio - we definitely can! No issue at all.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
I mean, SAME! This is the most common question I receive during inquiries. Of course, no need to worry about that it is totally normal. Most people feel a bit anxious around the camera, even us photographers. We’re not used to having a professional camera pointing at us all the time.
I have a couple of tricks up my sleeve that will help you and your family loosen up, feel relaxed and completely forget about the camera. You’ll be you, and I’ll be capturing your entire love.
